I know what it means to build, lead, negotiate, and perform — and what happens when the person behind the performance needs attention.

My work brings these worlds together, supporting people through pressure, stress, relationship strain, and periods of transition, while creating space for growth, appreciative communication, leadership, and the capacity to thrive.

My therapeutic work is rooted in the IMAGO method, combining evidence-based clinical care with dignity, dialogue, and meaningful connection. I see relationship as a site of transformation: within ourselves, between partners, and across the systems we inhabit — families, teams, and organisations alike.

Before entering psychotherapy, I spent more than a decade at the intersection of media, contemporary art, and business development—as a TV journalist and producer, founder and leader of creative ventures, and manager of international projects. I collaborated with a wide range of organisations, from global brands and DAX 40 companies to institutions such as the European Parliament.

Today, I bridge that experience with clinical practice and professional training, bringing a relational and psychologically informed perspective to leadership, communication, negotiation, and performance. I work with individuals and teams to create the conditions for connection, development, and sustained excellence.

With a Breton father and a Bavarian mother, I grew up between different cultural perspectives. I remain deeply interested in where culture, nature, health, beauty, and belonging intersect — from academic inquiry to ritual and ancestral wisdom.

Alongside my clinical work, I am currently studying Regional Studies Asia/Africa at the Institute of Asian and African Studies within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

I practise yoga and have been vegetarian since I was thirteen.
