I support people where health means more than the absence of illness – in the in-between: between body and psyche. Between people. Between system and self.

My work is relational and structured, particularly where life becomes complex: chronic stress, mental load, or transition. I value evidence-based, standardised care, alongside a deeply human approach rooted in dignity, dialogue and genuine connection — across people, professions and perspectives.

What matters to me:

I speak the language of clinics, and of those who want to feel heard. I trust in the power of social determinants to shape health and healing.

My therapeutic work is rooted in the IMAGO method and a deeply humanistic, resource-focused perspective that honours complexity, creativity, and connection. Before moving into mental health work, I spent over a decade in media, strategy and contemporary art, working with clients including MTV, DAX-40 companies and the European Parliament. That chapter taught me clarity; this one teaches me compassion.

I support people and organisations to evolve, empower, learn and heal – through self-awareness, relationship transformation and radical empathy. I care about peace, feminism, sexuality, and the interconnectedness of all. I use she/her pronouns, practice yoga, and have been a vegetarian since I was 13.
