My therapeutic approach is holistic and based on the IMAGO method. I also do have a professional background in media and contemporary fine art. As strategist, TV journalist and curator I worked successfully within the industry for over a decade, including MTV, Dax-40 companies and the European Parliament in Brussels. And then it was time for a change.

I am passionate about human encounters, the interconnectedness of all things and people who are involved in processes of self-transformation. Every human being already innately possesses all the necessary skills required for change. Humans are tribal. I support people and organizations to ignite potential and the innate desire to grow, learn and heal – by transforming relationships, work and communication. As a freelance lecturer, I teach training courses for Certified Master Coach classes. My view of humanity is deeply humanistic, positive and resource-oriented; grounded in the values of kindness, equality and collective responsibility. I am a pacifist and am interested in sexuality and feminism. I like open things, from minds to marriages, hearts and boundaries. I practice yoga regularly and have been a vegetarian since I was 13 years old. I use the pronouns she/her.
