Life asks a great deal of us. We navigate change, negotiate closeness and distance, and find our way through moments of uncertainty and transition. We don’t have to do it all alone.

I work with people to strengthen resilience, understand relationship patterns, and create space for meaningful change — through curiosity, dialogue and connection.

My therapeutic work is rooted in the IMAGO method and informed by evidence-based psychological approaches. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to become curious about ourselves and truly listen to one another. My work creates space for deeper understanding, new perspectives, and more conscious ways of relating to ourselves and others.

Before entering psychotherapy, I spent more than a decade at the intersection of media, contemporary art and business development — working as a TV journalist and producer, founding and leading creative ventures, and managing international projects. My collaborations ranged from global brands and DAX-listed companies to institutions such as the European Parliament.

As a trainer and lecturer, I draw on my clinical expertise, interdisciplinary background and practical experience to make psychological knowledge accessible and relevant to adult learning and professional development.

With a Breton father and a Bavarian mother, I grew up between different cultural perspectives. I remain deeply interested in the intersections of culture, nature, health, beauty and belonging — from academic inquiry to ritual and ancestral wisdom.

Alongside my work, I am currently studying Area Studies Asia/Africa at the Institute of Asian and African Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

I practise yoga and have been vegetarian since I was thirteen.
