Prices for online therapy and training correspond to the fee rates for in-person sessions.
PAYMENT
Single sessions are paid in advance by invoice or in cash at the end of the session. Therapy and training packages consist of 10 (couples) or 12 sessions (individual) at a reduced rate. Packages are booked as a whole and invoiced in full. Payment is due no later than 7 days before the start of the service period. Psychotherapy is exempt from sales tax in Germany.
Training is charged plus 19% VAT. Training can be tax-deductible as advanced education and may be covered by employers as supervision or training.

ZAHLUNG
Einzelstunden werden per Rechnung vorab überwiesen oder bar am Ende der Sitzung bezahlt. Therapie- und Training-Sets umfassen 10 (Paarsitzungen) bzw. 12 Einheiten (Einzelsitzungen) zu einem reduzierten Preis. Sets werden als Paket gebucht und in Rechnung gestellt. Zahlungseingang ist spätestens 7 Tage vor Beginn des Leistungszeitraumes fällig. Psychotherapie ist in Deutschland umsatzsteuerfrei.
Training wird zzgl. 19% MWSt. berechnet. Training kann als Fortbildung steuerlich abgesetzt werden und wird als Supervision oder Training evtl. auch von Arbeitgebern bezahlt.

DURATION / FREQUENCY
We define the duration, scope and frequency of our work together. Unless otherwise agreed, an individual session is 60 minutes (1 unit), a couple or team session is 90 minutes (1 unit). For open-end appointments, the fee rate is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
DAUER / UMFANG
Wir bestimmen Dauer, Umfang und Frequenz unserer Arbeit gemeinsam. Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, dauert eine Einzel-Sitzung 60 Minuten (1 Unit), eine Dyaden (Paar-/Team- oder Generationen-)Sitzung 90 Minuten (1 Unit). Bei open-end-Terminen wird der Honorarsatz aliquot berechnet.
CANCELLATION – INDIVIDUAL / STAND-ALONE SESSIONS
Stand-alone sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge by email up to 48 hours (on weekdays) before the agreed appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged at the full session fee. For last-minute cancellations due to unforeseeable emergencies, a goodwill solution may be found on a case-by-case basis.
ABSAGEREGELUNG – EINZELSITZUNGEN
Einzel-Sessions können bis 48 Stunden (Wochentage) vor dem vereinbarten Termin kostenfrei per E-Mail abgesagt oder verschoben werden. Bei Absagen weniger als 48 Stunden vor dem Termin oder bei Nichterscheinen wird das volle Honorar der Einzel-Session in Rechnung gestellt. Bei kurzfristigen Absagen aufgrund unvorhersehbarer Notfälle kann im Einzelfall eine kulante Lösung gefunden werden.
BOOKED PACKAGES (REDUCED PRICE)
Booked packages at a reduced price are planned individually – both in terms of content and scheduling. The content structure is developed and prepared specifically for each client; appointments are reserved exclusively. Prices, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of independently arranged travel to and from the venue, accommodation and meals. Payment is due no later than 7 days before the start of the service period.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email. The following cancellation terms apply in the event of withdrawal:
– up to 14 calendar days before the start date: free of charge
– 13 to 7 calendar days before the start date: 50% of the agreed total price
– fewer than 7 calendar days before the start date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
The cancellation fees represent a flat-rate compensation for the loss incurred as a result of the cancellation, as appointments are allocated exclusively. Any payments already made will be credited accordingly.
Should payment not be received by the agreed due date, I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and reallocate the appointment. Clients will be notified accordingly by email.
VALIDITY OF BOOKED PACKAGES
Booked packages are valid for the agreed service period and remain valid for up to 6 months from the date of invoicing. After this period has elapsed, any entitlement to services not yet used will lapse, unless a separate individual agreement has been made.
GEBUCHTE PAKETE (REDUZIERTER PREIS)
Gebuchte Pakete zu einem reduzierten Preis werden individuell geplant – sowohl inhaltlich als auch zeitlich. Die inhaltliche Struktur wird eigens für jede Klientin / jeden Klienten erarbeitet und vorbereitet; die Termine werden zeitlich exklusiv reserviert. Preise verstehen sich, sofern nicht anders angegeben, zuzüglich selbstorganisierter An- und Abreise, Unterkunft und Verpflegung. Zahlungseingang ist spätestens 7 Tage vor Beginn des Leistungszeitraumes fällig.
Ein Rücktritt ist schriftlich per E-Mail möglich. Im Falle eines Rücktritts gelten folgende Stornoregelungen:
– bis 14 Kalendertage vor Beginn: kostenfrei
– 13 bis 7 Kalendertage vor Beginn: 50 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises
– weniger als 7 Kalendertage vor Beginn oder bei Nichterscheinen: 100 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises
Die Stornokosten stellen eine pauschalierte Entschädigung für den durch die Absage entstehenden Ausfall dar, da die Termine exklusiv vergeben sind. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden entsprechend angerechnet.
Erfolgt der Zahlungseingang nicht bis zum vereinbarten Fälligkeitsdatum, behalte ich mir das Recht vor, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten und den Termin anderweitig zu vergeben. Klient:innen werden in diesem Fall per E-Mail informiert.
GÜLTIGKEIT GEBUCHTER PAKETE
Gebuchte Pakete gelten für den jeweils vereinbarten Leistungszeitraum und sind bis zu 6 Monate ab Rechnungsstellung gültig. Nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums verfällt der Anspruch auf noch nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistungen, sofern keine abweichende individuelle Vereinbarung getroffen wurde.

THERAPY WITHOUT LONG WAITING TIME
Appointments by arrangement. In my private practice, therapy can in some cases begin without long waiting times. Languages: German / English.
KURZFRISTIGER THERAPIEPLATZ
Termine nach Vereinbarung. In meiner Privatpraxis kann Ihre Therapie unter Umständen ohne lange Wartezeiten beginnen. Sprachen: deutsch / English.
FREEDOM OF THERAPEUTIC CHOICE
As a licensed health practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), I have freedom of therapeutic choice and am not bound to therapy modalities covered by statutory health insurance. My work focuses on humanistic psychotherapy and Imago couples therapy. Prevention is at the heart of my practice.
THERAPIEWAHLFREIHEIT
Als Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie habe ich Therapiewahlfreiheit und bin nicht an Therapieformen gebunden, die von den Krankenkassen getragen werden. Der Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit liegt in humanistischer Psychotherapie und Imago Paartherapie. Meine wichtigste Methode ist die Prävention.
CONCLUSION OF THERAPY
Therapy may be concluded by either party at any time. A closing session to reflect and conclude the work together is recommended.
ABSCHLUSS
Die Therapie kann von beiden Seiten jederzeit beendet werden; ein abschließendes Gespräch zur Klärung wird empfohlen.

SELF-PAYING CLIENTS AND REIMBURSEMENT
My therapeutic licence is based on the German Alternative Practitioner Act for Psychotherapy (Heilpraktikergesetz). My practice is open to self-paying clients, privately insured individuals, and those with supplementary insurance covering alternative practitioners and psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a medical treatment and as such is exempt from VAT. Please contact your health insurance provider directly to enquire about your specific entitlements.

Meine therapeutische Zulassung basiert auf dem Heilpraktikergesetz für Psychotherapie. Meine Praxis richtet sich an Selbstzahler und Privatversicherte bzw.
