THE JOURNEY
Your individual programme will then be built around the beauty of Puglia, in the south of Italy, with its centuries-old olive trees and spectacular nature. Here we will work together intensively for _5 hours a day for 30 days. Our work will focus on your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and personal values. We will harness your potential, the natural beauty and local culture. Enjoy daily walks and exercises, become aware of the present moment, practice ancient breathing techniques, mindful meditation and trust me with unpredictable surprises. Based on your new experiences and according to your wishes, we put together your individual toolbox in the last week so that you can continue to make and maintain palpable progress in your everyday life.
